Acceptance of terms
By using Spin or Flip (“the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the service
Spin or Flip is a free online tool for random selection (decision wheel, 3D shape, coin flip). You may use it for personal, educational, or commercial use in a way that does not violate these terms or applicable law.
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any law or encourage others to do so
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the service or its infrastructure
- Scrape or automate access in a way that burdens our systems
Accounts and data
To access features like saved wheel history and AI-powered options, you may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account — this permanently removes your account and associated data. We do not share your account information with third parties except as required to provide the service (authentication via Supabase, billing via Stripe).
By creating an account, you agree to receive service emails such as account confirmation and password reset. We may also send you product updates or announcements. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Subscriptions and billing
Spin or Flip offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal (accessible from Settings). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use of accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may not create accounts for others without their consent, share account credentials, or attempt to circumvent subscription limits.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Random results are for fun and convenience only and should not be relied upon for decisions with legal, financial, or safety consequences.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spin or Flip and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
